Refund policy

This policy applies after Off Hours begins accepting orders and the order documentation identifies the applicable selling entity, support route, and delivery terms.

Refund decisions

Refund eligibility, method, and timing are determined from the accepted order documentation, the condition of the returned item, and applicable law. No automatic refund promise is made for a product that has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization.

Approved returns

Where a return is approved, the order documentation or written return authorization explains the next steps. Do not send a product to a supplier, warehouse, or third party unless the return authorization directs you there.
