These terms govern use of the Off Hours website. A product order becomes binding only when Off Hours accepts it under written order documentation.

Product information

Product information is supplied for general purchase evaluation. The published IB5 facts are limited to the supplier record: approximately 1,000 L capacity, 208 × 65 cm outside size, 140 listed bubble jets, and 120 V / 1,400 W or 220 V / 2,100 W listed versions. Exact configuration, availability, electrical suitability, and delivery terms are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Orders and pricing

A listed price is not an acceptance of an order. Off Hours may correct a product description, availability, or price before accepting an order. The accepted order documentation states the confirmed price and payment terms.

Use and safety

Follow the supplier manual, applicable electrical requirements, local safety rules, and all product warnings. Do not use the product in a manner that is unsafe, unsuitable for its delivered electrical version, or inconsistent with supplied instructions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Off Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force at the time of an accepted order is identified with that order documentation.
